- Advice and support in conflict resolution (grievance, settlement agreements, whistleblowing, workplace disputes etc.).
- Guidance on matters concerning employment legislation.

- Advice and support on STPCD, Burgundy Book, Green Book and other collective agreements.
- Guidance and support on Trade Union relations and attendance at meetings with trade unions if required.
