Our HR Mentoring Programme supports Trust’s to develop and enhance the skills and capabilities of their internal HR professionals through one-to-one mentoring sessions with an experienced HR professional who has a wealth of knowledge and expertise within the education sector. Our programs are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each mentee and the Trust. Every mentee will have the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated mentor who will provide personalised guidance, advice and support based on their individual needs and career aspirations.
