HR Mentoring Programme

At SHRS we understand the challenges and complexities of human resources within the education sector. Our HR Mentoring Programme supports Trust’s to develop and enhance the skills and capabilities of their internal HR professionals through one-to-one mentoring sessions with an experienced HR professional who has a wealth of knowledge and expertise within the education sector. Our programs are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each mentee and the Trust. Every mentee will have the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated mentor who will provide personalised guidance, advice and support based on their individual needs and career aspirations. Enhance Skills and Competencies

Mentees will have the opportunity to enhance their HR skills and competencies through targeted coaching, feedback, and skill-building exercises. Mentors will share their expertise and best practices in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.

Mentees will develop confidence and leadership skills through our mentorship programme, gaining the knowledge and support they need to succeed in their current roles and advance in their careers.

Facilitated by SHRS mentees will be connected with a wider professional networking group for long-term collaboration and growth.
